THIS IS IMPORTANT INFORMATION please read carefully before booking.
Please take the time to read the following our terms and conditions prior to booking a trip. We strongly recommend that you also read the Trip Notes relating to your trip prior to booking to ensure that you understand the itinerary that you are choosing.
Dates, itineraries and prices are valid from 1 January 2016 until 30 September 2017. Beyond 30 September 2017 dates, itineraries and prices are indicative only.
We run our tours everyday that means "always available" except 26 Jan 2017 to 2 Feb 2017( Tet holiday in Vietnam). You only need to ask for availability if your travel date is a month before your booking date.
Itinerary can be changed upon the uncontrolled weather conditions
We will change the hotels and Halong Bay cruises to similar standard option only in case of full booking or under renovation.
2. DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT
In regards to the method of payment, you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% for your booking to be confirmed (please note that special deposit requirements apply for some trips). If your booking is made within 45 days of the departure date then the full amount is payable at the time of booking. For long vacation packages, we will require a deposit 70% of total for processing your booking. The remaining money could be paid when we meet on arrival at hotel in Hanoi or pay us in advance before starting your tour. It is up to you. Deposit payment can be settled by telegraphic transfer, credit card authorization letter, credit card through payment link or through Paypal.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by the traveler
If you cancel some or all portions of your booking, cancellation fees will be applied. The effective date of cancellation will be the date the Company receives written notification. The cancellation charge to the clients is described as follows:
- More than 90 days before arrival: 10% of the deposit
- More than 60 days prior to departure: 30% of the deposit
- 30 - 60 days prior to departure: 50% of the deposit
- 14 - 29 days prior to departure: 75% of the deposit
- Less than 14 days prior to departure: 100% of the deposit
For the avoidance of doubt, because there are some suppliers (airlines, hotels, and cruise companies) have cancellation policies that are different from those of Indochinaexpress Travel, the cancellation charge may, at our discretion, be adjusted accordingly. For some special cases, we are flexible to change travel dates for you without surcharge so please contact us for further information.
If the tour is cancelled by Indochinaexpress Travel, we will get you a refund in full (by PayPal/cash only). Please note " Itinerary can be changed upon the uncontrolled weather conditions. Cancellation refund is only valid for the services organized by Indochinaexpress Travel. Other services organized by you are NOT refundable.
We highly recommend purchasing travel international insurance for all trips. Travel insurance allows you to seek reimbursement if you are forced to cancel your trip for unforeseeable reasons, or if you need to cover medical help, emergency transport, and/or theft or accidental damage while traveling.
